Baking a pie is fun, easy and the end results are enjoyed by all.   As I explain in my DVD, every pie has its own personality which is a direct link to your personality.  You can use two, three or four types of apples and the seasonings that appeal to you.  Each pie is an adventure and from my experience, every pie gets eaten no matter what.  I hope you will all get out there and bake away.  There's nothing like a fresh pie for dessert at a special occasion or just to make an average day special.
